1.Material pre-treatment: Waste plastics or raw materials are first subjected to pre-treatment processes such as crushing and cleaning to ensure they meet the requirements for granulation.
2.Extrusion molding: The pre-treated materials enter the extruder, where they are melted under high temperature and high pressure. The screw of the extruder uniformly mixes the materials and conveys them to the granulation section.
3.Hot cutting and air cooling: The melted materials are extruded through the die to form long strips or round cake-shaped particles. During this process, the air cooling system rapidly cools the particles, causing them to solidify and form.
