Main System Components
- Material mixing & automatic feeding system (blending PP pellets, calcium carbonate, toughener, flame retardant and other additives)
- Single-screw main extruder, hydraulic screen changer without shutdown, melt metering pump
- Special mould head for hollow grid structure (cross-shaped internal cavities)
- Vacuum sizing water cooling bench and stress-relieving annealing support frame
- Primary haul-off unit and secondary haul-off unit
- Servo fixed-length cross cutting machine and finished product conveying & stacking platform
- Central PLC electrical control system (equipped with Siemens / ABB frequency converters)
