Equipped with a 75mm twin-screw extruder (L/D 36), the sheet making machine enables targeted melting regulation (160-190℃ for PP, 150-180℃ for PE)-ensuring consistent material flow without degradation, a critical factor for reliable sheet quality. The forming unit adopts a precision T-die with adjustable lip (±0.08mm tolerance) to guarantee uniform thickness, while a multi-zone water cooling system rapidly sets the sheet shape, preventing distortion during handling.
For high-output needs, the PP PE sheet making machine offers an optional double-layer co-extrusion module-allowing simultaneous production of sheets with different PP/PE ratios (e.g., PE inner layer for toughness + PP outer layer for scratch resistance). Its traction unit uses silicone-coated rollers (speed 2-10m/min adjustable) with pressure control, avoiding surface marks on soft PE sheets, and an automatic edge-trimming system removes surplus material for clean sheet edges.
