PP Hollow Building Formwork Machine

This complete production line is specially designed for manufacturing 3-layer co-extruded PP hollow building formwork. It adopts advanced single/twin screw extrusion technology, compatible with modified PP and calcium carbonate raw materials. It automatically produces hollow formwork with thickness 8–18 mm and width 915/1220 mm, serving as an eco-friendly and high-efficiency replacement for traditional wooden and steel formwork.

Main Configuration

Extruder: SJ-90/120/150 single screw extruder, optional 3-layer co-extrusion structure, output: 400–600 kg/h.
Die System: Multi-cavity die head + hydraulic screen changer for uniform material output and quick screen replacement.
Calibration & Cooling: Vacuum calibrator with circulating water cooling system, ensuring flatness and dimensional stability of finished boards.
Haul-off & Cutting: Combined haul-off unit + PLC controlled cross cutter, with precise fixed-length cutting and neat incision.
Control System: Equipped with Siemens PLC and ABB frequency converter, fully automatic, easy operation and stable performance.
