The PVC Wave Board Making Machines are a fully automated extrusion molding system specifically designed for manufacturing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) corrugated sheets. It integrates raw material plasticization, mold forming, cooling stabilization, and cutting/packaging into a seamless workflow, enabling stable production of longitudinal/transverse corrugated sheets with thicknesses ranging from0.5mm to 30mmand widths from800mm to 1500mm. Customizable wave patterns (e.g., zigzag, arc-shaped) are also supported.
Production Line Details
1. Twin-Screw Extrusion System (SJSZ-80/156 Model): Mixes PVC resin, calcium carbonate, stabilizers, and lubricants according to formulations, then plasticizes them into a homogeneous melt via twin-screw shearing.
2. High-Precision Mold System: Customizes molds based on wave requirements (longitudinal/transverse, peak height5–10mm, pitch180mm, etc.) to control sheet shape and dimensional accuracy.
3. Multi-Stage Cooling & Stabilization System
4. Intelligent Cutting & Stacking System：Automatically cuts sheets to preset lengths (e.g.,5000–6000mm) and stacks them at designated locations.
