1.Drive System: Motor and Reducer

2.Feeder:The feeding device is responsible for delivering raw materials (usually granular or powdery) into the barrel uniformly and stably.

3.Screw:The screw is a critical functional component of the extruder, and its length-to-diameter ratio (L/D ratio) is a key performance parameter, usually ranging from 20 to 30. A larger L/D ratio allows for more sufficient mixing and plasticization of materials as they move along the screw.

4.Barrel:The barrel serves as the housing for the screw and processed materials, typically manufactured from high-strength alloy steel. Its inner wall requires excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance to withstand friction from materials and chemical erosion during processing.

5.Heating System:Electric heating is the most common heating method, with heating coils evenly distributed around the barrel.

6.Cooling System:The cooling system employs circulating water or air-cooled devices to reduce the barrel temperature promptly when it exceeds the set threshold.

7.Head Section:The head section is the key component for material extrusion molding, as its shape and internal structure directly determine the final shape of extruded products (e.g., pipes, sheets, films, profiles).

8.Filtering device: Installed at the front of the head, this device consists of filter screens and a screen support structure.

9.Control System: Operators can set parameters such as screw speed, barrel temperature, and extrusion pressure via a control panel. The system provides real-time feedback on equipment operating status, triggering timely alarms if parameters deviate from the set range. This ensures the stability, safety, and consistency of the production process.

10.Frame:The frame is the supporting structure of the extruder, requiring sufficient strength and rigidity to bear the weight of all components and withstand operational vibrations. It is typically fabricated from welded steel and undergoes aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, preventing deformation during long-term operation.
